Dive Division is a dynamic, diverse, and passionate team of dive professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional dive and guest experiences at Curaçao’s most high-end resort locations. Alongside our diving services, we manage several retail outlets and distribute multiple premium brands. As Retail & Wholesale Manager, you will lead daily retail operations, oversee supplier relations, manage budgets, and ensure smooth stock flow.
This key role focuses on driving sales, analyzing trends, improving guest satisfaction, and representing Dive Division with professionalism and a passion for the ocean. Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily retail operations
- Analyse trends, consumer buying patterns & sales performance
- Monitor budgets and manage stock control
- Negotiate with manufacturers & suppliers
- Coordinate freight forwarding & customs
- Prepare purchase and internal orders
- Mentor interns & conduct sales trainings
Must Have
- Proven retail/wholesale management experience
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to analyze sales trends and implement improvements
- Supplier & stakeholder management (negotiation, logistics, customs, purchasing)
- Team leadership: mentoring interns, training staff, driving performance
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
Nice to have
- Additional languages: Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamentu
- Experience in the diving, water sports, or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of freight forwarding & international trade procedures
- Passion for the ocean and marine environment
- Sales training or coaching experience
